Orders
* Once an order is made and confirmed by me, you will automatically have 24 hours reservation on the items. Failing to proceed with the payment within the given time frame without any extensions made will lead to your order being cancelled.
* If you wish to back out order forms are submitted, please notify me through email. No worries :)
Delivery
* Emails will be responded within 24 hours and parcels will be shipped out accordingly to posting schedule.
* Domestic Fees (may vary according to weight):
* Pos laju RM6 (WM) / RM8 (Sarawak) / RM9 (Sabah)
* For bags, please add RM2 because of extra weight.
* When will I deliver?
* Parcels will be only be delivered once payment received. * It will take around 1-2 days to arrive depending on your area of residence.
Restocking Sold Out Items.
* Most of our items are restockable, so drop me an email or fill us a form to ask us. Full refunds will be made if the items are not restockable.
